i got a pair of load resistors and led bulbs and
installed them. both sides work fine when i have my
headlights or running lights OFF, but as soon as i
turn my headlights/running lights ON, when i hit the
right turn signal, it flashes fast, and my radio clock
fades in and out too as well as the odometer light. the instrument cluster right arrow turn signal is always on too. the left turn signal is unaffected by it; that one works perfectly, its just
the right turn signal im having problems with. what
did i do wrong?

What the hell did you wire it into? Your signal flashing faster is normally due to a bad bulb. Did you wire it into your dimmer switch?

Check for a bad ground in the turn signal/parking light circuits. A burnt out bulb is an infinite value resistor which changes the load on your flasher can-making it go faster.
Your LED dropping resistors also affect your flasher can much the same way. I'd suggest getting a heavier-duty flasher can. They're much more stable.
The radio display probably dims when your parking lights are on so it's affected by the same loading problem. More resistance in the circuit=more load on the flasher can+ more dimming of the entire system.
