i would try some deep penitrating lubricant and let it sit for about an hour then get a breaker bar, and im sure it should come off.

Is there anything that would work better than WD40?

holy shit are you serious?!?!?!?!? damn hondas. some guy asked me if the car has been near the ocean alot, maybe oxidation or some shit, i have no clue.
BUT, i got mine fixed, yeay!!!!!!:D :D :D im glad i didnt mess with it
i got lucky, i went to midas and i asked if they could look at it to see if they could fix it, and give me an estimate. the mechanic offered to do a little "under the table" work for me. he offered to do it for 20 cash, so of course i took the deal. he welded off the "welded on" nut, and slid a new bolt through. and taadaa, good as new.
im sure you could get it done at other places. but some shops might say that its not safe, or that they wont do it for liability reasons. but im sure its safe, ive been driving around for a year with half a bolt.

one more thing... i dont know if your bolts is as rusted or stuck as mine was, but they shop guy said that a rust remover or anything like that wouldnt have been enough. mine was rusted all the way through. i didnt know, but inside the knuckle, theres a rubber bushing, and inside of that is another piece of metal that the bolt goes through. and mine was rusted in that part too. would have been impossible for me to do anything.
so dont do anything yourself, have someone weld of the nut and slide a new bolt through

Ha yea man thast crazy. My car came from Florida, it was brought up here to the land of seriously frozen ass cheeks (aka North Dakota) 4 years ago which is when I bought it. Im the second owner It must be the salt and shit from the ocean that screwed us over. Im supper happy you got yours fixed. I was thinking to myself how much it would suck to have that happen and not have a car for a while. We're gonna try the lub thing and hopefully we can get the nut off withought busting it. But asfar as my (maxspeed) coilovers, I got the front ones in. They ride great. I thought for sure the ride was gonna be harsh and bouncy on my stock struts but its not. Ride real smooth and the handeling is wicked awsome heeee. Hopefully it still rides good with the back ones installed too.
Also, I got my custom catback installed today with the 2.25" pipe and Dynomax super turbo muffler. 205 bones, It sounds great and I have allot better throttle responce now. Im sure Ill notice more of a gain once I get some headers. Ill post some audio prolly later tonight, like 1 AM or so.
