Engine losing rpms

Hi everyone,
I have a 95 Eagle Talon ESI non turbo automatic. I have a problem with the engine lagging while driving. Will lose rpms when driving. Tachometer will show rpms dropping like a and then rising again. Any help would be a help. Also I asked before and some one told me about a key test to check engine codes any help?

go to autozone and have the code read its free,then come back and we can look it up for you
