ECU in a 1990 Galant

Where is the ECU located ina 1990 Galant? I need to remove it and install it in a 1991. I'm having problems with the car not starting it takes a little while b4 the car will start. I will crank it over and over until it starts it takes about 5-10 mins to start this thing. Any one have any ideas?

I may have to take the one out of my 1991, where is the ECU in a 1991?

its behind the kick plate on the passenger side just under the glove box
