W.i.p 180 Sx

Hello guys,

The 180sx is one of my favorite drift style cars, over here it is called a 200sx. I had serious plans to buy me a real one but if have chosen for a newer car. But just to have one i build it in 1:24....

So far i have the body primed and ist going to be silver underside and black roof. The wheels are 18" Kranze Shoki, wich were painted black in the inside. To make the car sit nice i have lowerd the front and back.

I Build the rollcage myself with styrene rods.
The seat is from a old rallycar, i think i only place one seat.

one more thing, isnt it called a 240sx?

looks great so far, rims are nice, and you did a good job with the cage, cant wait to see more

that car is a S13 or a 180sx, what your thinking of is the S14 or the 240sx. im america both cars are called 240sx

Here in The Netherlands it's called a 200SX, on the box it's called a 180, 200 and 240 SX

I have sprayed the silver just a few minutes ago, when its dry i post some pics.

looks promising! that kit is actually hard to find, well, with that box art i mean. fyi, the name of this car varies from country to country. here in north america it's the 240sx. in europe, australia and some asian countries it's known as the 200sx. in japan it's the 180sx.

I bought it on Ebay.de allong with some other kits in the same boxart as this one...

I think they are from the flash of my camara ?? In real they aren't there.
The wetter here is not that great to take outside pics.

I think you should use the 1st or the 3rd one.

i think if u lowered the ride height and paints the wing from the kit silver, it'd go really nicely, btw great paintjob

The car is almost done, only need to attach the mirrors and wipers and some other small pieces.

your buttom belt decal is on upside down the buckle should be in the middle with the two belts running off to the sides if im right (i could be wrong) but who cares! nice ride man!

I think i'm going to dit it at the right way if it can come off.

That rollcage looks fantastic man! About the seatbelt, I don't think there should be a right way. It comes out of the hole in the seat, and that is how they layed it down while they are not using it. Everything looks great! Keep up the awsome work!
