Yeasterday i noticed that when i took a corner kinda sharp that there was a squeeking coming from the rear driverside. i wasnt on my brakes so i know thats not the problem. When i got home i got out and pumped on the diversside rear right over the tire and squeeky, squeeky. I also noticed that i can push on the body (drivers rear quarter panel right above the tire agian) and the body will move side to side about 2-4 inches and squeek un godly bad in the process. Idont remember that much side to side movement in the rear end of my 91 camaro but i never tested it it this normal for a 90 rs with a v-6? second is just i cusriousity thing what should my rpms be at 75-80 with a 3.1 v-6 and a automatic tranny? mine sit between 3500 and 4000 rpms. My crappy ford t-bird with a v-6 doesnt sit that high at those speed so i was just curious it thats correct or if my tach or even speedo is off. Thanks for all the help guys, please keep it comin.
Thanks,
Jess

Bodies on any cars are not supposed to move at all as they are connected to the chassis! Better get under there and see what is amiss.

Thats what i thought, but i dont know what to look for, the sway bar and all its bushings are good, the hinged things that connect the axle to the unibody dont move when its being pushed side to side, i dont know where anything else that could cause this problem is. and the tire moves with the car just not as much. i just though, could the hub assemble need to be replaced or maybe even tighten up the lug nuts? i just realized that i never checked the lug nuts sense i bought the car a week and a half ago. Im usually pretty good at trouble shooting but i dont know anything about suspension and rear ends of cars so please give me as much input as possible thanks again guys. Ohh any idea's about the tach/rpms part of my original post?

It was the tracking arm. The arm got beent sometime recently (dont know how that could have happened?:)) and it all but knocked the bolt that connected it to the body out of the bracket. I changed it yesterday and about 1.5 hours a 2 ligt bulbs for my drop light later, and after the assistance of a hammer, a crobar and a 4-way lug wrench i had the know tracking arm on and the car rides like a camaro should.
