Spec-v Hard Start Problem -- All Please Read

I talked to a gentleman at Nissan Corp. He stated that about 4 weeks ago he talked to the "engineers" working on the notorious hard-starting issue with the Spec-V. He stated this problem also occurs with the Altimas (2.5L) and they have no idea what the source of the problem is So, now that I've had the alternator, battery, starter, crank angle sensor, and the ECU replaced AND I'm past the 36k mile warranty period, I'm screwed. Therefore, all of you are too if your car still takes 2 tries to start. How's that, you have a problem prior to the warranty expiring so Nissan puts you off until you have to pay for service.

So, what do we do? Well, everybody needs to call 1-800-Nissan1 and ask for Steve, his extension is 3850. This is the guy I talked to. DRIVE HIM NUTS ASKING FOR THE PROBLEM TO BE FIXED. Otherwise, good luck folks.
