I'd suggest going to Kelley Blue Book (http://www.kbb.com) for an accurate price of what your car is worth.

Ebay is a crap shoot. all depends on who's looking, who has the coin the week you decide to sell, etc... It will, however, get you expoure to potential buyers. Much more than the local paper.
I'd use a "shot gun" approach and list it there, in your paper, here, and anywhere else you can to get the most exposure.
Lots of pics, an accurate detailed description and an easy way to contact you would be my reccomendation. When it becomes a hassle to contact the seller, then people tend to lose interest...
The 350/ 5 speed obviously isn't original, so I'd list as much info as you can about the swap.
How much rust, how much work is needed to fix whatever may be broken, any extra parts, and the overall condition of the car will help determine the final value. Technically, it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it...
I hope this is helpful!
