Hey fella's
I went and looked at 1992 Eclipse GS-X everything seemed to be in order, except for the frame rail that is bent under the drivers side. It is crushed almost flat, from what, I am not entirely sure. It looks as if it was smacked flat.
My question is this, should this effect the cars over all performance, launching, durablity or handling abilities?
To clarify, it is a 4G63T 6bolt motor, 4 bolt rear differential... :evillol:
All opinions on this topic are welcome :)

The frame rail being crushed is just a result of the car being jacked up a bunch of times--it happened to my car as well. If you jack the car up slowly enough, you can sometimes avoid it happening for a while.
Anyway, it won't affect anything at all, so don't worry about it :)

good thats what i wanted to hear. I am still going to go down to the local body shop and see what they say and see how much it would cost to get that section cut out and put a new section in (for shits and giggles). Because the car still drives straight when you take your hands off the wheel, turns great, etc...
But this week it sound like i will be buying it, GOD its been over a year since i have had a turbo charged car its killing me and now thats its almost true its killing me more.
