2.3L LX's Different?

I was wondering if there is any difference in the car from a 5.0 stock car, and a 2.3L stock car. Because i'm looking at a 2.3L for cheap, and want to know what the differences are. Ie, suspension (which is most important to me), trans, body?

Body wise they are the same.
Differences would be besides the obvious motor are tranny (although can be used on a V8 with slight modification, but will not hold up to the power).

Rear end, 7.5" to a V8's 8.8"
All suspension, sway bars, springs and shock (only different rates)
Brakes
Fuel system and lines
Computer and wiring
speedo 4cyl reads 85mph, 89+ V8's read 140mph
