quick question

hey guys, got a quick question about the rearview mirror... what kind of glue is used to hold those two metal pieces that the mirror mount itself slides inbetween? the glue went bad or somethin a little while ago, i came out to my car and the mirror was hangin by the wires...

i dont know what kind it is but in the automotive glues section in a autoparts store, they sell kits to re glue that stuff.

hes right thats where i got sum. my mirror fell off once and landed on the shifter. yeah it broke. lol. but that glue will hold it for a long long time.

butal tape will work... black sticky gum like stuff.... they used to use it to hold car windshields in place.... I'm not sure where you can buy it at though.....we buy it by the case special order...

well, im not going to brag about the car, it has decent power, i got it cause it was like new, never been eat in, for 16k. i used the money i got from the 94 z and paid a hefty down payment. i wanted a 05 GT but i will wait til the prices come down. this older couple owned the car they traded it for a 05. i like the car, it handles a lot better than i had thought it would. but it doesnt make its power until the engine gets wound up.

eh.. the newer mustangs arent bad.. my dad had an 02 GT.. wasnt a bad car, but i wouldnt buy one..
