New Motor Mounts

Well, a couple of weeks with the new poly upper mounts and I feel I can now provide some feedback.
1. The Good: definitely feeling smoother (and firmer) shifts as more torque is transferring to the drivetrain vs moving the engine up and down.
2. The (not so)Bad: there's considerably more vibration in the car with the harder mounts. Not in the steering, but a lot more things rattle when I'm at a stop. Fix: turn up the stereo.

Thanks for the update. Most folks never post what happens when they make a repair or replace something that others have not tried but might be interested in doing.

I use solid motor mounts and have a TEP cam so there is deffently vibration :)
