i like the idea of a multiple stop road trip...all down the east coast end then end in florida...we def. should do that

anyways, it wouldn't take much to plan this thing.. just get a couple of sponsors and make sure there's a shitload of 240s, doesn't matter if they're stock or not.. to make it a decent trip we'd need 20 cars, not 5 or 6..

Anyways, in the summer Canada is really nice, it's hot, but not humid so it's rly comfy, D-Bo will have to find the spot though cause there isn't any big summer party places near Montreal that I know about, there isn't like one big week or anything here like in Florida so people go everywhere whenever they feel like it, no big gathering.

i've driven to florida before. i've been to puerto plata (in the dominican for those who are geographically challenged) and acapulco. i know what its like in fla and its really not that bad.

I'm in for a meet. I'll help organize if someone else wants to get serious about it. I definately wanna do some filming. Highway runs out the gazoo. Here in Gainsville, well at the time around spring break and well into the fall, we have wednesday night test and tune and we have street legal drags every first friday of every month. At the dragstrip anyways. But Gainsville is a pretty good party town as well. For those of you who want to get sloshed every night and most days, there are lots of partys around. Just drive around the college(UF) for a little while and you'll find one. Then for those of you who want to find some racing(me+whoever else) there are plenty of punk-ass rich kids in stangs, vettes, camaros, civics, you name it driving around. Lots of fun. I75 runs right through Gainsville so its a pretty convinent stop. I think a Fl road trip would be awesome.

And J SPEC, who is that chick in your sig? If you could invite her, that would be most appreciated as I will probably be pretty lonely at the meet.

to me, its too soon to start planning.. and i wouldn't have time with school and work and shit. i'm good at planning shit (i did my school's trip to acapulco and the trip with my buddies to the dominican).. what i would do is pick places to stay every night and have them reserved for a certain amount of people.. send them posters to put up.. find a couple of sponsors (www.jspec.com www.ka-t.org www.phatka-t.com www that sorta thing..), get some guys from other forums.. if this is going to be done, its gonna have to be done right. go big or go home. if people are serious then i'd do it all in july for a trip in august. if someone else wants to plan it, go ahead. but i seriously think it could be done. i'm for sure in if its in august.

i agree greece ok there are 2 ways to do this we could A meet in one place party there for a week or B we can meet in one place and then go on a road trip together i say we do A because that gives us more time to drink and less interstate time and more time for pussy and titties and more pussy we can smoke as many blunts as we want in aA or B but i see A having more advantages best places GSR the best places in florida for the beach i think are destin and miami but if we go miami that adds another 10 hours of driving for us all and thats 10 hours less of drinking

D-Bo, your idea is good. Planning places to stay, maybe save a little cash by setting up with members who have some room. I don't mean like "well you can sleep on the table, you can sleep in between my washer and dryer," either. I mean like room to spare with all of us.

Sponsors are a pretty good idea, but they don't give money away for free. We would have to do something formal like a show or something. I say we keep this as private as possible. It makes it more of a leisure type deal instead of a job. I want to just hang out with true car people and bullshit. Maybe do some filming and photoshoot(I like media stuff).

For the guys that will not be able to make it, we'll post up pics. So you'll kinda be there. :( haha

(speaking of him in 3rd person cause he hasn't been around much..coughcough...).. i'd say make stops in NYC, VA Beach, finish maybe at daytona.. even down to ft lauderdale.. they'd all have to be booked stops.. i'd take care of the hotels if we needed them (my sister is a manager at the westin ottawa - HOOKUPS) let any companies know we'd be there, other owners and the cities themselves.. lots of planning.. worth it in the end though..

ok, here's what I have to work with. I start my vacation on Saturday, July 2. I have until the next Sunday to get back. so that is a little over a week for me. If I can manage to get my 240 running by then, I'd be down with a trip to FL. Besides, summer will give the guys that are under 18 a better chance to go. And since it would be 4th of July weekend, you would have all kinds of people down there, for the holiday, and the race in Daytona.
