INSTALLING the knob

I figured out how to get the stock shift knob off but i cant figure out how to get the new one on my 00 cav.

First, I presume a standard trans? Second what type of knob are U trying to install?

IT is a 5 speed manual trany and im trying to install a apc knob i dont have the directions for it

Well, my guess is there is a set-screw somewhere to mount the knob to the shaft.
