how to install window regulator

I got a new window regulator and i jsut tried installing it and its not going, i cannot get the window in the track and the holes lined up, are there any tricks on how to install these?

i'm working on the same thing. when i get it figured out i'll let you know. actually...i need one. where'd you get yours?
