Starting problem with 96 cavalier..iz it injector prob?..plzz help

I've checked the fuel filter by opening the end opposite of the tank and turning the key, and the fuel is pumping out of the filter..

I've changed my spark plugs..

I've checked relays

and I've verified that there's a spark coming from the wires by arcing the spark plug while the car is trying to turn over.

What could my problem be?...All of the suden it wouldnt start..im driving one day, next morning wont start..

Its trying to turn over and is sounding like its not getting any gas.

could it be my injectors? if so how do i get to them?
