88 Si head bolts

A few questions:
1) On older American cars I know that it is recomended to replace the head bolts because torquing them down and heat cycling puts stresses on and weakens them. From what I know about Honda stuff this shouldnt be the case, and re-using the 200K miles head bolts should be no problem. Is that really the case?
2) Oil pumps. 200K mile car, the engine had been run either w/o or w/ low oil for a long time, really messed up the head, but since it never rean I dont know if the oil pump works. Do these parts even go bad? Should I replace it or just clean it?
3) What are, if there are, the differences between the oil pan on an 88 si and anything else? On alot of cars there is a design to keep the oil near the pickup so it doesnt starve the engine. What I'm trying to ask is if the oil pan off a, lets say, 91 civic dx fit on my d16a6.
Thanks for any help.
