fuel injection cleaning

the mechanic said l need to get my fuel injectors cleaned.....is this expensive and were can l get it done....

Try putting in a can of "seafoam engine cleaner" in your gas tank. Its a 8.00 bottle that you pour in. It will blast clean your injectors and carboned valves while you drive. ( car may run rough for the tank of gas you use the cleaner on) but after you should see 5-10mpg increase in gas mileage if your engine intake was clogged up with carbon.

NO tank additive will "blast clean" your injectors. The only way is a can that hooks directly to the fuel rail. I work for a company in that sells the chemicals to dealers. BTW, we also sell the best tank addidive on the market and that will only keep a clean injector clean.
