Okay... i got my engine replaced bc i blew it.. yes i blew a SOHC engine.. lol im good like that.... But the ford house replaced it bc it was still underwarranty...they replaced it with a used engine that had 12k miles on it.... they totally screwed me on it though.. they didnt tighten alot of shit.. luckily my dad knew about all that shit bc he owns a body shop so he tightened it all up and we took it back to make sure and they fixed some more shit they messed up... stupid ford dealership.. warning never never never goto Champion Ship Ford in Sweewater, TX!!!!!!! i now live in California so i dont have to worry about them anymore...... so after a week of having it back.. in the mornings when its cold out or i havnt driven it in awhile the car makes a grinding noise in the RF wheel area when backing up.. and it will do it when the car has been driven and im taking a sharp right turn.. i took it to the ford dealership.. they couldnt find a problem... so i drove 50 miles to another one.. they couldnt find anything wrong.. so they sent out a ford manufactuer to inspect it and he couldnt find anything.. THE NOISE IS DRIVING ME INSANE!... hitting bumps makes it worse in the mornings.. and after 20 minutes or less or so it stops doing it unless i hit a big bump or take a sharp right turn. So... any suggestions of what the hell is wrong with this POS!

yeah probably a wheel bearing or your brake is worn down and possibly frozen (like stuck), that will make a grinding noise.

check that brake to... if that thing is rubbing metal on metal it will make a grinding noise... that happened to me, it got stuck and wore the pad down. if thats the case just get you caliper reconditioned and you rotor turned and get new pads and your good to go
