I Have Finally Joined The Club!

I finally got my first car.....which of course is a sexy 240! Its a 91 SE coupe (red). Working HUD, 5zigen catback, K&N intake, J30 limited slip, and it came with some good lookng rims. I got her for 2700, and everything is good to go. I already got the title in my name. I cant wait to get a lot more wheel time over the next few months so i can get my driving skill up, and the bolt ons are going to start soon (strut bars, nismo power brace, exc). Well i just thought i would let you all know i finally got my 240!!!!!! I already took some pics so if you guys wana check it out i made a photo bucket go to the link below.

Yea its hard to find a good price on a 240 that hasnt been beating to shit or crashed. Took me about 5 months. But if you stay determined to get the car you want nothing can stop you. So im sure you will find a sweet deal sooner or later logik.

I think cars are like girls. He who cares the least gets the most. My 240 came along when I was about to give up on looking for a car. I was just driving along and saw a super nice lookin car. I really didn't even know anything about imports at the time. Test drove it and said "I've heard these 240s are RWD. Lets see," I punched it in first, released the clutch a little quickly, and got a chirp. From then on, I knew I was getting that car.

im poor and need a new wastegate actuator cause right now its not holding any boost. so im running like fulltime turbo lag right nowit blows. at least im pretty sure its the actuator cause it isnt leaking anywhere else. i called on a 92 hatch for sale the other day but i had sold a day efore i called. ive seen a couple of 240's for sale in my area lately.gosh guys im so sick of everyone wanting to be part of our club. i mean to be in the club u have to have skills like drifting skills or drag skills or computer hacking skills girls just want guys w/ skills

lol, yeah...I need to get skillz....but seriously, I can find one for a good price, only problem is that they are all in the states, it's a pain to bring it up, it's totally do-able, but it's a pain and it's ganna cost like an extra 1000$ of government bullshit like safety check and changing stuff to fit our DOT standards and towing the truck to canada since inssurance wouldnt let me drive it..it's a bitch...

I too am now a member of the club. Bought me a 92 fastback for $75 earlier this week. Dude thought it had a cracked block....all it seems to be is a crack in the top of the radiator. Easy fix. Black, 5 speed, has 2 good sized dents in the right rear 1/4 that I need to beat out. Hope to get some pics for my sig, but I gotta get me a digi cam first.

thats right, $75 American dollars. way I figure, I can have this car running for less than what I paid for my 83 Nissan truck back in July. And all I paid for it was $300, and just had to swap the carb.
