I have just finished the machine work on my engine. I bored it .020 inches over and refinished the block to cylinder head surface. I have included a picture of the finished product.
I was told by my teacher that you can drill out that you can drill out the oil galleys for better oiling. I was wondering if anyone has done that on a 4g63T? Let me know and check out my pics.

If you drill them out, im not sure how but a machine shop should be able to, you need to water test it first. Befor you have it drilled, plug the galleys and fill with water, then dump it in a measuring bowl, thats the stock measurement, then when you get it drilled, plug and fill with water agin, measure, subtract the original from the new, and thats how much extra oil your gonna need.

i've de-bured/ground my oil gallys for smoother flow. the big thing is to bore out the oil bypass valve to help with extra pressure. its not really nessessary unless your putting some serious #'s down. you can run a search to come up with a few thread on this.
