my car started shaking really bad at idle last night. And it also runs really rough and slow , like not all the cylinders are firing. THought it was the spark plugs, but I replaced those today and it still runs like ass. I didnt replace the plugwires because I only had $13 dollars on me. COuld they be causing the problem? What else?

If you run the car at night (in the dark) and open the hood, and see sparks actually between the wires, (wire-to-wire), they need to be replaced. You could be losing compression in a cylinder, but that seems kinda far-fetched.

Wow Im a dumbass. It was my fuel injector. I should have known that when only one of my plugs was fouled. No huge deal. But check this out. I went to autozone to order a fuel injector and they want $260 for ONE INJECTOR!!!! How bullshit is that when i can get a set of Denso 550cc injectors for like 450. But then id have to get fuel controller and im broke right now, but does anyone know where i can get a stock injector for cheaper than 260?

i have about seven 450's laying around if you need one.are you sure its not the plug itself?i have a problem with the #4 cylinder injector plug that has a shitty connection sometimes and you have to wiggle it to work again.$20.00 per 450 injector i have pay-pal and a good ebay account if you want one.

There is no way a computer thingy can distinguish between a bad injector and bad wiring to that injector. The end result is the same. You would have to remove the injector and have it tested to differentiate between the two. A set of stock injectors can be had for 50-100 bucks, a set of good aftermarket injectors is around 300. I wouldnt pay 450 for 1600s even ;) I got my 950s for 350, going rate is 370-390. Check out www.fuelinjectorclinic.com, if you are going to go larger than stock. I have had great experiences with thier injectors (650s, 850s, and 950s). 550s are on sale for 280 ;)
