89 no dash

I have a 89 continental and my digital dash went out with heat and ac controls out also i replaced the dash no fix and the relays when i open the door with no key in ignition the dash lights up like normal then when i trun the key it goes black if anyone can plz help this is driveing me nuts i dont have a clue how much gas i have or how fast im going lol thanx all
