i got a 91 acura interga. i got a problem with my sealt belt (drvr side) for some reason it does not wanna s;ide back automatically and the dashboard warning keeps lighting up and making an ((annoying)) noise could this be some kind of short or a broke wire? if anyone has had this problem or knows anything about this please help me out. CAUSE NOISE IS REALLY GETTING TO ME.

I have the exact same problem, my gf is taking it to Acura to see if they will fix it free since the seat belts are supposed to be covered. Where she calls me I'll tell you what they say...

get some WD-40 spray the whole track length , then grab onto the seatbelt and force it back a bit. Might have to force it all the way back but probly not.
open and close the door and see if it moves at all, if not try a gain and again until you get it.

As long as the motor isn't burnt up (which it usually isn't) it should free up and then to keep it smooth just spray the track with wd-40 every few months.
Reason it happens is that gunk builds up on that track and makes too much friction for the thing to slide. The WD-40 helps and any overspray just wipe clean. Also the little red tube helps because you can get it right up in the track.
