I think he owes you an apology. He was new once also. It does take awhile to find your way around the forums.
To your question on the tack. It's not hard at all, most are two wire set-up that connect to the coil. All will have simple instructions in the box. Also there are always a couple of guys at the local auto parts stores that will help you. Good luck with your quest. :)

You need the adaptor either from Rksport or autometer and those tap into the wires comming of your coil pacs. I am not sure which color it is as i am in the same boat. I'll be doing this closer to spring and will post a how to somewhere for further reference.

I will not be posting pics of my car up till this fall/winter. Thats just a glimpse of what you will see comming from me.. plus or minus a few things. I am not going to tell anyone but they guys at the shop what i am doing because all my work is done there. You'll all have to wait and see in the fall. Maybe a few little pics here and there... I still cannot believe the shipping on my kit and hood... OMG... Almost 300 bucks.. dang!

I believe it. I paid the same to ship a spoiler as I actually paid for the spoiler.

E-bay kits... heh... don't get me started. All garbage, the one i am getting is made by VIS and so is the hood. Most reputable company for glass and CF.
