Fuses blowing, wierd electrical

I have a 95 Cherokee Sport and I was wondering if anyone has had a problem with Fuse 11 (15A) fuse blowing. This fuse controls the Speed Control, Back Up lamps, NSS, Aux fan control and A/C clutch. I keep blowing fuses and cannot figure out where the problem lies. Thank you in advance for any help.

my first guess would be to make sure that you have no bare wire anywhere. If you do and is it shorting out to the block or any piece of metal, it will pop the fuse over and over again.
