electrical problem?

Hello Everyone.......I own an accent and recently I'm having a bit of a problem .......I dont have "power" to run my heater,defrost,etc,and also my headlights wont come on.The parking lights beside my headlights work fine,and I've replaced both headligh bulbs.My battery is fine,and I have power to my radio,etc.......alternator perhaps?.....I would really appreciate any suggestions.thank you

i'm having that same problem. What did you find wrong?

I have that problem too the fuse 16 on the kick panel was blown
replace and the lights works right then few hours later I turn on the heater and the fuse blown again but blower never came on put a new fuse then everything work fine I know I'm still having the problem
I'm just waiting to happen again so I can check it out again and find the problem
