A while ago, I had asked about the keyless entry remote for a 96 firebird. I called my dealer and asked my dealer if the car had one. I read him the VIN number and he said "yes".
I was going to order one but my mechanic told me even though the VIN indicates it has one, it doesnt necasarrily mean it actually still had it.
I dont know what it looks like. I had the car;s interior pratically "gutted" and I dont seem to remember seeing one there. Can someone help me out by telling me what it may look like and where it can be found? thanks!!

Just a side note for anyone else who may be wondering if their car is equipped with a keyless entry system. All you have to do is look in your glove box at the option codes that your car comes with. Look to see if you have AU0, if you do, then your car comes with it. That's what I did, then I ordered a remote off eBay, then programmed it.
