Eclipse vs Celica

i know most of you are eclipse lovers but someone wants to sell me there 94' celica which one do you thing runs better looks and over all is better give me yo feed back

95 celicas are way better looking than 94's. I'd take a 95 celica over a nonturbo eclipse of any year... and a turbo DSM over any celica.

wzup cuz, assumig there are no mods. i would definitly go with the eclipse, since i am guessing that you are refering to the 95 eclps. not only do they run better on stock. they are way more convertible. last time i checked,they are still making new kits for these models. and like joe wagon said, a turbo dsm will make should pretty much make the car. DONT BUY.

I simplified it for him. Or should I elaborate on it? He still has the eclipse, he should keep it. I think the eclipse is better looking, and he should keep it because "I" think it is a better car depending on what your needs, wants and situation. (he did say you. meaning I who answers)

I would stick with the Eclipse I wouldnt personally go witha toyota.

I was in Europe last December, and I saw these Celicas called "GT-4s". They were turbocharged 2.0 from the factory, and though i saw only the 95 shape, they all had a TRD hood, and a sick ass body kit too. They look *nothing* like Celicas here. They were awesome, for celicas. im tryin to look for a pic...

Actualy, toyota did produce AWD 2.0 DOHC 16v turbo celica's from 1989 to 1993 (maybe 94 or 95 but who cares). It was called the All-TRAC Celica as well as the GT-4 depending which part of the world it was bought. It is however a rare find since toyota did not produce large numbers of this trim.

In addition to alltracs, they have GT4 celicas to at least 99.

As for the GT-4s, they must be a blast. I drove my friends 93 Sentra SE-R. He was boosting 15 on a T-25, and his car was as fast as my eclipse (not as sexy though, so I'm nowhere near intimidated!). He said he had an SR-20DET (I think... it sounded something like that), and it was either that, or the 4G63 he wasnted to do up... just wondeering if those GT4's have a stock celica engine, or did toyota come up with a 4g63 category i4 beast.

The engine name in the all-trac is 3SGTE, dunno if this is a regular celica motor, or just for the turbo.

America didnt see them, because America sucks.

You do no post count does not affect a persons knowledge about anything right? You cant assume anything about a person except they havent contributed to the forum by posting things by how big a number by their name is.
