I just purchased this 98 Explorer Sport, if it makes a difference it has 4.0 EFI, 5 spd manual, 2d, 2wd. When I tried the horn I found the fuse was blown. I replaced it and tried the horn...yes it blew the fuse. I replaced the fuse again and the horn relay...yes it blew the fuse again. Two questions....One does anyone have any ideas on why the fuse keeps blowing? and Two...where the heck is the horn in this vehicle. Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your help, you are correct I was going to reply to my own comment bacause I found out where they were from the dealer. Yes, you access the horn by removing the inner fender and you have to remove the battery to get to the bolt to remove the horns them selves. To answer the other part of my question, it appears this Explorer had been in some type of front end damage. One of the horns plastic was broken, which would normally do nothing. In my case it had also bent the bracket up so the contact was shorting out on the frame and in turn had burnt out my horns.
Thanks again for your help, it would have helped me if I had not just come back from the dealer.
