98 Grand Voyager Temperature control problem

I have a 98 Grand Voyager. It has the separate climate levers for the driver and passenger. Sometimes the air doesn’t get warm when you move the lever from cold to hot. Sometimes it works fine. Any ideas without having to replace the climate control? Is there anyone out there that repairs these units? I think that the problem is electrical.
