Does anybody have the interior driver's side fuse box diagram for a 1995 Avenger?
AND?OR
my hi-beams aren't working. The daytime running lights and the low-beams work, but not the high beams. I replaced the bulbs to no avail, I checked all the fuses and they all look good (even checked ones in engine compartment) but nothing. I'm thinking it's a dead fuse that just doesn't look dead. It might also be a relay switch or possibly a wire. Anybody know where the relay is for the hi-beams and how I would check if it's working? I figure if the fuses are good and I make sure the relay's working, it must be a wire.

You should check every fuse under the dash. It is a good idea to check all your fuses every once in a while anyway. If a fuse is blown you can tell. The filament inside will be burnt out and sometimes black. If you cannot find any blown fuses inside or under the hood of your car then I would check specifically the fuse for the headlights and the wires that hook up behind the fuse block to see if the wire is broken or pulled out. If you just replaced the bulbs then that is not the problem. Next, I would check the relay like you said. It will be located on the drivers side by the computer. The headlight relay is there. Test the relay or just get a new one to see if that does it. If they sill dont work then get a voltmeter or test light and check the headlight wires and fuse connections to see where you have power and where you dont. If there is power at the fuse then there must be a shorted wire between there and the lights. If you dont even have power at the fuse then it is probably a wire going there that is bad. Finally, I would check the turn signal assembly and high beam switch. It could have broke.
