96 Pontiac Firebird Head-Unit Install

Ok so I'm going to attempt to install a head unit into one of my friend's sunbird. I went on metra to find a wiring harness for it, but I'm confused on which one to buy, any ideas? One says to OEM Radio one says Into Car, but they look different. I am also wondering if I'll run into any conflicts during the install?
