total cost for repairs???

ok here we go..i have a 1992 Coug, i need to replace the heads cause one of them cracked...the windows will go down but not up...what would i have to replace for that....my radio went out, i tried another one and it also didnt work so it might be something else...any suggestions.....and what else....are there any type of modifications that can be done to a 92...so just wondering if anyone can tell me how much it would cost for the heads, windows and stereo promblem.....and then if there are any mods...any help would be great thanks :smokin:
