turbo kits

sorry for these noob question. i know that 1st stage turbo kits go for aruond $3500 or maybe a lil less, but i wanted to know if anyone know a site that sell them real cheap.

By a "Stage 1" turbo kit I'm assuming you mean a turbo upgrade and support mods. DSM tuners has a popular upgrade path that works well http://www.dsmtuners.com/tuning-guide/2gturbo/. As for parts, you can try sites like www.roadraceengineering.com or www.slowboyracing.com. If you search, or look on the thread titled "read before posting" you can find more. Do some maintenance to the car before modding, it'll save you money when things don't break... as fast.

I don't know where you got the number 3500, you can do it for a lot less.

There is no real rule to "Stages" when it comes to turbo kits, clutches, etc. It really dependant on what the company calls their stages, but that could vary from place to place.

True but if hes looking for a really cheap OK turbo I would go to ebay also you could post a thread and ask if anyone would sell one to you for close to dirt cheap. But search around you'll find what you want eventually
