94 headlight lom issue?

The left headlight is dim and when I turn on the blinker it flashes slowly. Checked the bulbs, changed the switch in the steering column. Does a 94 have a lights out module? Other suggestions??

I don't know about a lights out module, but it sounds like there may be a bad ground for the at the headlight. As far as the turn signal goes, not sure. It could be the flasher. Did both problems start at the same time? If they did it could simply (yeah right!) be a problem in the steering column.

The ground is something I didn't check, thanks for the idea. Ya, started at the same time. I tried replacing the controler in the steering column, but that didn't do it. I just hate to pay $200 to get something stupid fixed.
