If you cleared it, they are in the paint as such. The only way to remove them is to remove the paint, or at least the clear.
Probably the best, and only, way would be to sand them out.

Masking tape works great when there is no clear, but sometimes the bond of the decal to the paint, or the clear to the paint & decal is weak enough to also rip off with masking tape. This is more likely to happen with urethane and mechanical type bond clears, but you might want to try it anyway, can't hurt it now... - Mark

Would soaking the decals in hot water work? Like, would the decal adhesive melt & then you could wipe them off? Don't think it'd work over clear tho

Would probably melt the plastic. Not sure though, just a guess.

i think ill just end up dipping it in CSC for a couple hours, sand it down, and then reprime and paint it... this is a pain in the ass

If tape didn't work, that would be the next thing I'd try, and yes, it is a pain... - Mark

so i tried the masking tape and it worked great, to good actually, it pulled up the decal and the paint. so now i got a silver car and 2 massive spots that are white. so now i got to CSC the rest of the body.
