Flames

Hey people, I'm new so don't beat me up to bad. I'm going to paint my 96 eclipse back black, but thinking about gost flames in a dark purple pearl. What do you think?

I guess others like it, but I do not like flames at all, maybe if you owned a hotrod. Personally I like more of a subtle paintjob, pitch black is my kind of thing...

flames are kinda flamboient (sp?) and the eclipse has a pretty catchy look on its own. I think it would be just a little busy. But if I were to do that I would add just a touch of white or silver around the purple kinda like a border. just a hint of it though not too much. would tranfer it better to the eye I think. peace

Its hard to make a flame paint job look good, the flames would take away from the eclipses sexy body lines :naughty: Thats just my :2cents: Peace

I got two words for all of ya........tru....fire... I still haven't seen this graphic on the eclipse but I'm thinkin of takin my airbrush to mine. just to promote my shop of course. I am gettin pretty darn good at fire here lately......if I do say so myself.

I am a total clean car guy myself. I hate flames. Excepts, as said above, unless they are on some hotrod, but not on an Eclipse.
