Everytime i drive and go back to start my jeep, ill turn the key and nothing will happen, lights, radio and everything else works. I have to get a jump from someone everytime to start it, sometimes I would just leave it and go back the next morning and it would always start right up, recently i was idleing and i could watch my voltage go down even with everything else off, i have never had a problem with it while running and i havent noticed anything getting dim. i have had the battery tested and it is good, i also have disconected the postive terminal while it was running and it would stay running. I am very fustrated and could really use some help.

THE ALTERNATOR MAY BE CHARGING BUT IS IT CHARGING ENOUGH, HAVE CHECK. ALSO CLEAN THE BATTERY CABLE TERMINALS AND CHECK THE GROUND WIRES. DALE

Not a good practice to disconnect the battery cables when the engine is running. Many charging systems can be damaged this way.
What is the voltage at the battery when the engine is running??
What happens to the voltage reading when all the accessories are turned on?? (up or down??)

I have had that same situation before and found the connections on the starter all grimed up. Pulled the leads sanded the connections on the starter and leads themselves, and she has been starting fine ever since. Also found that my negative cable was broken in the middle and barely touching enough every once and a while to start up, and the engine vibrations, would causing it to vary while idling.
