Remote Keyless Entry - RC failing

Helle,
On my Sebring con.96 for the last weeks I have a major problem with the Remote Control (RC) for lock and unlock the door. Almost always the RC is not working. :dunno:
I put new batterys but the problem keeps on. I know there is a function to syncronize the RC wit the Bord computer. BUt how? I know if you "use" 250 times the RC far-off the car, the RC needs to be syncronized. I have the instruction for the 3 and 4 button RC, but my RC ijust have 2 buttons (lock/unlock).
Anybody knows the procedure to syncronize or somebody knows how to resolve the problem with the RC? Seems to be a common problem that the RC failes.
