What are you looking to spend? I have found several rebuilt/reman. engine companies on the web, and prices range from 1800 to 3000 + core charge. What are you using this for? EFI or carb?

Thanks for the reply. I have a 1999 Chevy Suburban 1500 with a blown engine and I'm looking to replace it. It has a 5.7 V8 with EFI.
