Yeah I've been checking up on stroker kits a lot lately, but I haven't really found out if I would able to turn my 350 tpi into a 383 stroker?? Is there a kit for my car??

So if I buy a kit for my 350 tpi, I would have to take it somewhere to get machine work done right??? Man, I really hate being ignorant about engines, but would the Chevy bore 4.030 over kit???? my car is already bored .60 over... or would it be the bore 4.060 kit???? that says my predicted compression is 11.48:1....is that what i want?

Yes, Machine work, balancing, probably have the pistons hung on the rods too...and assembled, unless you have the precision measuring equipment needed for putting together the rotating assembly.

Oic.....how much would machine work like that cost me???? and do I just want the little rebuild kits on summitracing.com??? they are like 350$ and they say that the bore is 4.060 bore.....and predicted compression ratio of 11.48:1...is that what i want to buy for a 383 stroker?? No wait thats not what I want, I want the entire chevy small block kit with rotating assemblies and the works???
