I just put DC header and and Pace Setter Exaust on my 95 ls Next i was thinking of skunk2 Intake manifold, throttle body w/ spacer, ECU, cams(crower 62402-A?) and cam gears. Am i going in the right direction and are there some steps i should take before hand to prepare my car for all this?

Well a Skunk 2 im will not produce power low enough to work well with a Non-VTEC motor, those Im's are generally for higher RPM power. (i.e. above 7.5K or so) and just changing the ECU will not net you any hp, a standalone fuel managment system or atleast a piggy back system would, if tuned properly, show some moderate gains. you will want to make sure those cams will work properly with the crompression ratio of your LS engine, or you will want to change out the pistons to properly match the cams. Next step is to tune like crazy, cam gear and fuel tunning are essential to having a reliable, efficiant and powerful motor.

So are you saying to forget about an Im or to go for another make? If so, anyone have any suggestions? Also, from what i read the crower 62402-A cams are a step up from the type-r cams. Would I be correct in going with those?

Forget about the IM you listed, im sure there are a few that are made for the powerband of the B18A/B but im not sure which ones. and with the cams, make sure they arnt from the VTEC motor, if so they will not work in your motor. And for a step up from a Type R cam, you would need to up the compression ratio of your motor, stock Type R is around 10.5-1 so you need atleast that or you will be overcaming your motor.
