Anyone know what kind of stuff I can I do to my '91 98 regency w/ a 3800 to boost the horses? Does anyone make headers that fit these things, and what about computer chips? Could I dual it off? I might snag a supercharger off ebay, but I dont know how hard it would be to install it-- anyone have any ideas?

supercharger = impossible..unless you want to spend a few grand
I assume LN3 on your motor.
lets see:
full tuneup including O2, fuel filters, PCV, the usual - ~could be a lot hp gain if stuff is old
cold air intake with K&N AND only K&N ~8-15HP maybe
remove MAF screen for a ~7hp more
add High flow cat if you dont live in california ~10 maybe
2.5" exhaust from the cat back into a dual outlet magnaflow/flowmaster - ~another 2% increase or so - ~6hp maybe
all that should be well under $500 and a lot of the mods work together.
After you get there we can start talking about cams and rockers or what not.
Should be able to get that LG3 up 25HP-30HP or so with the above mentioned items which would make it almost up to par on th HP side with some early supercharged motors. The torque side is a problem though.
BTW chips do not work on these cars since they are a little more advanced than most and the computers on them realize there is a chip and will ignore it thus making performance acutally suffer. Headers are a waste of time and money, just do a 2.5" from the HF cat back. maybe a bigger downpipe too if it is not big enough.
