Regulated 12V power supply

I can't have a high fluctuating power supply between ~13.8V-14.4V like the alternator supplies. Therefore, I am in need of a regulated, constant 12V power supply. Can you help me? Thanks a lot.

Go to the parts store and tell them you need a ballast for the spec you have then place it in line from your battery

What do you need it for? Have you tried radio shack?
