92 Gran Sport -- Speedometer/Tach problem

Just bought it with 170,000 miles on it. Turns out the speedometer and tachometer are non-functional. The gas gauge barely functions and the rest of the instruments (oil, voltage, etc) and the odometer works. I just want to know if there's a fix that won't involve having to replace the entire instrument cluster.
