front shock bolts

anyone have sugestions on removing stuck front shock bolts?
thinking about a nut spliter,but not sure.
air impact didn't do it. :banghead: :banghead:

warm the nut up with a torch.

Try spraying them with penetrating oil and tapping on them, then move in the direction of tighening just a little before backing them off.
