On my 99 sierra the throttle cable seems kind of stiff where could i lubricate it at, and what would be the best lubricant to use?

On my 99 sierra the throttle cable seems kind of stiff where could i lubricate it at, and what would be the best lubricant to use?
If you do a search of the forums you will find many threads on sticking throttles on these vehicles.
Basically you will need to clean the throttle body..also there is a couple GM TSBs on this concern...I have posted many times on what to do...DO A SEARCH!
