Look on the back of your keyless fob. There should be instructions on how to disable it. Let me know if you don't find it.

Actually some of us want the toot of the horn. I bought my QX4 recently and wanted to know how to get a signal to verify it locked. The instructions are on the back of my fob. I just didn't have it handy when I responded to you. I could have saved you the cost of the users manual. Sorry!

Simply hold the lock and unlock button on your keyless entry for 3 seconds. This will disable the horn noise while locking the vehicle. To turn it back on just repeat!
