Hello everybody. As many of you are, I am just getting into the whole customization scene and I am trying to figure out what I want to do with my car. Right now I got some clear corners, white front grills, white 10 spoke rims, clear tails, ground control coils, tokico premium struts, and I recently got an alarm system installed in light of my whole stereo system getting jacked a few weeks ago. I just want to get some ideas on what else I should do to the car. I want a body kit, but to tell the truth, I can't really find any that I truely like. I could do the usual thing of getting exhuast, headers, and intake or I could use the money I would on all of that and save a little more for an engine swap. Regarding the engine swap, I'd like to know how much some of you people out there have spent on them, and how much it costed to get them installed etc. I also plan to get a new black paint job in June and to do some body work to remove some dents and rusting under the fenders. So, if anybody could reply with some pics I;d appreciate it. Thanks.

You could live with the D16Z6 for a while. How many miles do you have on it? My b/f has the D16Z6 in his CRX pushin about 170hp with some basic bolt ons and some other things. When he gets a turbo, then it will definitley be fast. The D16Z6 is a pretty mean motor. i would stick with that unless u really want to swap then go B16.:D

I was debating between the Buddy Club and the Black Widow kit. I was gonna get them black like my car and get the grills painted white. I'd appreciate it if I could get some feedback from people who have gotten either of these kits for a 92-95 civic, hatchback preferred. I just want to know how hard the driving is with it lowered 1.5" on 17s.

I had the BW kit on my car ... very low kit ... I was riding with a 1" drop and I was scraping everywhere ... With a 1.5" you couldn't stick your foot under it ...

I like the octane. Is there anybody out there who has a body kit for a 92-95 hatchback and a 1-1.5" drop and are happy with it, like no scraping and shit. I'm beginning to not want a body kit, but I'd just like to do something to it to make it look better. The Kombat kit looks pretty good and mellow. Does anybody have any pics of their hatchbacks who have made em look nice without a body kit? Off the subject: Can anybody tell me the stock hp on my 92 civic si hatchback?
